About Flaming Buffet
Asian Buffet in Corona Ca
Flaming Buffet is one of the chinese buffets listed in Corona, California. The business is registered at 591 N McKinley St, Corona, CA 92879; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.
In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Corona; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in California are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 11 am–9 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Flaming Buffet at (951) 987-0600; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.
Its Google rating is 3.8 out of 5 from 293 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.
Corona is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Corona is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

The food was absolutely amazing!!! The salmon was cooked to perfection, they seasoned it just right. All of the sushi was fresh…loved it! But they did such a good job on all the classics, honey mayo shrimp, Mongolian beef, the chicken was super tender. The miso soup was the right mixture, not salty, and settled my stomach. The atmosphere was nice with some music in the background and the place is super clean. My Mom loved the tea. Next time I’ll get a sprite, and save room for more of the delicious food. I’d highly recommend this place to all my family and friends. BTW we got there right when it opened at 11am so everything was super fresh and ready.

We came in today at 3:00 PM to celebrate our son's birthday, as we often choose this restaurant for special occasions. We were seated around 3:01 PM, never once was it stated you get only a few items to choose from for lunch or have to leave. We waited approximately 10 minutes for the food to be replenished. Only had eaten half a plate. Shortly afterward, our waiter informed us that we were no longer allowed to continue eating because it was now 3:30 PM and dinner pricing had started. We were told we could only choose from two items for the lunch price. The situation became so uncomfortable that another customer stepped in and told the staff they were being unreasonable. The customer even asked why the food couldn't simply be served since it appeared it would otherwise be thrown away. At one point, a staff member responded that they would be "losing money," which was confusing given that the food had already been placed on our table and could not realistically be reused. We were very disappointed by how this situation was handled, especially during a birthday celebration. We understand that restaurants have policies regarding meal periods and pricing, but we were seated before

This place is an absolute jackpot for buffet lovers. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel genuinely welcome—friendly, attentive, and always on point. The food delivers across the board. The clams are perfectly cooked and full of flavor, the fruit is incredibly fresh and refreshing, and the chicken feet are surprisingly delicious—tender, rich, and seasoned just right. The fries and nuggets are crispy comfort food done right, while the honey walnut prawns are sweet, crunchy, and completely addictive. The fish filet is crispy with bold flavor in every bite, the soups are warm and comforting, and the sushi selection is fresh, clean, and consistently tasty. Every station hits. Every bite delivers. If you’re looking for an all-you-can-eat spot, this is it.

A- [would come again / 還會再來] · incredible high CP value buffet thats only 16.99$ USD as of October 2025 for lunch price · theres at least 20 dish options to choose from (but some are not good - quantity over quality) · have classic mongolian bbq option where the teppanyaki chef cook it for you · some premade sushi but tasted average at best · my favorite dishes were string beans + peking chicken + shrimp (recommend pairing with the fried rice) · sometimes too much breading on the meat or fish (avoid the dishes thats sitting out for too long) · may have a secret hot pot option coming very soon...? · avoid coming during 3 pm because the food were left out too long + not refilled to the top tldr: incredible good price in Inland Empire (GO LUNCH WEEKDAY TO GET MAX VALUE)
